Termsand Conditions

To provide better services and to improve our relations with our customers, following return policies would be applicable from today onwards:

  • 1. We will take action for your returns on the same day when we receive it.
  • 2. Please note all parts we supply are highest quality and come with 1-year warranty against failure and should not have physical damaged or pressure impact.
  • 3. We request our customers to check the qty and condition of the products upon receiving the delivery. Please notify us if you find anything damaged products with in 24 hours of goods received (please pay attention on flex / connectors, ic, etc) we will not be liable after 24 hours. If you require any further clarifications please give us a call and speak to one of our customer care representative.
  • 4. Please check and make sure SGC / SMA stickers or stamps are on the parts you receive from us. If you don’t find any sticker or stamp, notify us immediately by email at cs@mobilephonelcds.com otherwise no return would be granted.
  • 5. Don’t send us any parts that are broken, as all broken/damaged parts will be rejected. For the parts that are broken or damaged in transit, please follow ‘Broken in Transit Procedure’ as mentioned below.
  • 6. Return forms should be completely filled and sent back for (RA) Return Authorisation (P.S Cost involved in sending goods back will be bear by the sender) .
  • 7. Complete all relevant sections of the RMA form.
  • 8. We must be able to replicate the fault. Incomplete or inaccurate fault reports may result in items being rejected.
  • 9. Please note Invoice Number on returns form is mandatory.
  • 10. We are not responsible for items lost or broken during return transit. Ensure items are packaged to avoid transit damage. Enclose a copy of the RMA form & mark all boxes clearly with RMA number.
  • 11. The items that are broken or not ours will be send back with your next order. If you need the items back ASAP, we will send you and charge you for delivery. Additional or incorrect items returned which have not been authorised will be rejected.
  • 12. Item not defective after testing will be sent back with your next order. Items ordered in error will only be credited to your account if received back un-used and in original packaging. For faulty or damaged parts, replacement would only be sent when RA has been authorised.
  • 13. Please note we will replace all faulty parts, we will not refund money on faulty part.
  • 14. For any item missing in delivery, please notify us within 24hrs of delivery received by email at cs@mobilephonelcds.com otherwise no credit would be granted.
  • 15. Please test Digitizers or LCD screen by connecting connectors only (where possible). Fitted parts won’t be exchanged or returned and they will be classified as ‘Install Damaged’.
  • 16. Don’t remove the screen protectors/protective film from Digitizer or LCD screen.
  • 17. Claims made to courier for parts broken in transit can take up to 14 working days.
  • 18. Check and inspect all parts on arrival of the delivery. Any parts arrived with any damage such as missing like IC, Chip broken, flex broken or bent or damaged must be notified and returned once RA has been authorised.
  • 19. Any returns sent without a completely filled returns form can take up to 14 days to process.
  • 20. Postage charges for all Returns send to us have to be paid by the customer.
  • 21. Any items are unused please return with in 7 days of purchase date and exchange of faulty 1 year.
